ENM Montreal is a community group based in Montreal, Quebec, supporting people interested in or practicing Ethical Non-Monogamy (ENM). For over a decade, we’ve hosted monthly discussion groups and social events that foster connection, learning, and mutual support within the ENM community.We proudly support people of all gender identities and sexual orientations and warmly welcome members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. Our goal is to create a respectful, inclusive, and judgment-free space where everyone can feel seen and valued.Our events are conducted in English, mais tout le monde est bienvenu!

Monthly Discussion Group
ENM Montreal gets together on the first Saturday of each month for an in-person discussion group focused on ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, and related relationship topics. These meetups offer a respectful, inclusive space for open conversation, shared experiences, and community learning.Whether you’re new to ethical non-monogamy or have years of experience, you’re welcome to join us. Our discussions center on communication, consent, and navigating ENM in real life.

ENM Montreal has been hosting its monthly meetups at Resto Végo for many years, offering a welcoming space with food and drinks for all.
Round Table Discussion: Participate in conversations that are thoughtful, supportive, and occasionally lighthearted.
All Experience Levels Welcome: Connect with ENM individuals and couples at any stage of their journey.
No Entry Fee: There are no entry fees to attend the monthly discussion group. To show our appreciation to our host, we encourage participants to purchase food and drinks if you are able.
Respect & Safety First: Our discussion events are not for dating or hookups. All interactions should be consensual, respectful, and mindful of personal boundaries.

ENM Montreal loves getting together just for fun! Our social events are a chance to hang out, try new things, and meet other like-minded friends in the community.
Monthly bouldering social: Get active and have fun bouldering, chatting, and community building!

ENM Montreal Bookclub
A small, semi-private book club for members and friends interested in ethical non-monogamy, relationships, and personal growth. We gather for thoughtful, low-pressure discussion in an intimate setting.
Diverse Reading: Fiction and non-fiction that illuminate the joys and challenges of ethical non-monogamy.
Meaningful Discussion: Focused on shared reading and meaningful conversation.
Intimate setting: Space is limited to keep discussions intimate.
Participation Requirement: To join the book club, attendees must have participated in at least one discussion group session.
